Hatha yoga with an emphasis on deep stretching. All levels welcome. Bring a mat and any props you need (yoga strap, blocks, etc).  

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm-6:15pm and 6:30pm-7:45pm

First class free 

$25 drop in  

$115 for 5 class pass  

$200 for 10 class pass

Every first and third Wednesday of each month Community Action Napa Valley provides our community with access to food through their Food Bank program. No referral is required to access these services.  

First Wednesday is a full pantry (milk, meat, etc.) 

Third Wednesday is produce only 

12pm-2:30pm

Have you seen our Little Library? Located front and center on the fence of the Farm Center, our brightly painted Little Library is a fun way to connect with your community. Take a book, leave a book-those are the only rules! English, Spanish, child, or adult, there is something for everyone. We appreciate your respect for the books inside and the Little Library itself.
